Northstone Builders stands behind its homes and provides its homeowners with responsive and exceptional warranty service. You must be available to meet our warranty personnel or one of our subcontractors. We will not enter a home without the homeowner or a representative present.  Service will be taken care of during normal business hours (8am – 4pm, Monday-Friday).

* Emergency defined as: total loss of heating or air conditioning, total loss of electricity or loss of power to all major appliances, gas leak, complete plumbing stoppage, roof leak.
