In order for us to provide the highest-quality service and craftsmanship, we have been fortunate to be able to assemble an excellent team that makes up our small but growing family.  It has always been our priority to employ people of character, dedication and superior skill to ensure that your experience is second to none.

Jeff StoneJeff Stone:  President.  Jeff’s goal throughout the homebuilding process is to help families realize their dreams.  His love for the business led him to found Northstone Builders.  Jeff’s degree in construction management from Brigham Young University and years of custom homebuilding experience is the perfect combination of knowledge and experience to ensure each client’s dreams become their home.  When he isn’t helping others realize their dreams, he is living his own, as husband to his wife Kristen, and Dad to their 5 children.

Rich StoneRich Stone:  Chief Financial Officer.  Rich was introduced to the homebuilding industry by his brother Jeff and was excited to work with him and build their company together.  With a background in business management, strategy, finance and accounting, coupled with an economics degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Rich is uniquely prepared to lead the financial development of Northstone Builders.  In his spare time, Rich loves playing Uncle to his nieces and nephews, and also enjoys playing tennis and the piano. 

Julie ColemanJulie Coleman:  Interior Designer.  Julie works closely with each homeowner through the design process, helping them select all the interior finishes in their home, from lighting fixtures to paint colors.  Not only does Julie help to select the interior finishes, she also ensures that they are delivered on time and on budget.  Julie has been designing residential interiors for 10 years.  When she is away from the office, Julie is an aspiring Martha Stewart, working on craft projects and dioramas with her beautiful children, Weston and Avery, and her husband Chris.

MaryAnn TeagueMaryAnn Teague:  Office Manager.  As office manager, MaryAnn is each homeowner’s liaison for many of the logistical aspects of the homebuilding process.  She manages all office responsibilities and system implementations for Northstone.  When not at the office, you are most likely to find MaryAnn and her husband Chris camping or on the water boating with their families.




Jason TolbertJason Tolbert:  Project Manager.  Jason is a second-generation homebuilder, specializing in custom, high-end residential homes.  After completing four years in the Navy, Jason moved on to a sales career before coming back to his first love of homebuilding in 1999.  When he is not on the jobsite, Jason is an avid surfer and can be found on the beach with his wife, Kristen, son Josh and daughter Angela. 



Brian MonkBrian Monk:  Project Manager.  Brian’s career in homebuilding began when he realized the tremendous positive impact he could have on the local community by helping to create beautiful homes that meet the specific needs of the buyers.  After graduating Baylor University with degrees in Real Estate and Marketing, Brian found his niche in the residential construction business and has been at home there ever since.  Brian enjoys traveling and spending time playing outside with his dogs.


Randy AlfordRandy Alford:  Project Manager.  Randy is celebrating 35 years in the building industry this year. There is almost no part of the business he hasn’t been involved with and we are thrilled to have his expertise and experience. Randy is a graduate of Rice University, as well as an alumnus of the Owls’ football team. When he’s not building, he can often be found fishing with his wife, son and two daughters.
